Privacy Policy

Effective July 21, 2026

The Human Family Network is a Public Benefit Corporation. We treat your information the way we would want ours treated โ€” carefully, plainly, and only for the reasons we tell you about here.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you:

  • Contact details you give us โ€” such as your name and email address โ€” when you reserve a page, sign up, or contact us.
  • Information you choose to add to your own page, such as a display name, a general location (state or country), and a photo.
  • Basic, standard technical information your browser sends when you visit โ€” for example, general request logs used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for your street address, and location on your page is kept general by design.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Set up and maintain your page and reservation.
  • Send you the messages you would expect โ€” such as a welcome note with your personal link.
  • Keep the site secure, working, and improving.

We do not sell your personal information.

What appears publicly

You decide whether your name appears on the Advisory Council. On your page you can choose to show or hide your name. This only changes your council listing โ€” your personal page and links keep working either way. You can change it anytime.

Other services

Some parts of what we offer are provided through independent companies โ€” for example, the product and advisor opportunity offered through Nueva, and everyday tools such as email, video meetings, and website hosting. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or remove the personal information we hold about you. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the message, or by contacting us.
